INTRO TO DANCE An introduction to the world of dance. Students will learn coordination and motor skills while having fun with games and music. Basic ballet technique is introduced. Ages 3-5

BALLET & POINTE Beginner to advanced levels focusing on vocabulary, placement, control, and strength. Barre work, center work, adagio, allegro, and across the floor combinations are given to build technique. Ages 5 + Students must be over 12 years old and have teachers permission. Advanced students will learn how to strengthen feet and ankles to develop correct technique. Barre and center work applied.

TAP Beginner to advanced levels. Starting with basics and moving up through time steps, wings, and pickups. Across the floor, progressions, and building on speed is used to strengthen the feet and ankles. Rhythm and musicality are also a focus. Ages 5 +

JAZZ Beginner to advanced levels. Isolations, stretching, and center work increase musicality, flexibility, and strength. Across the floor, leaps, turns, and combinations are done to increase technique and performance. Ages 5 +

LYRICAL A combination of ballet, jazz, and modern techniques in which the movement expresses the lyrics of a song. Ages 10 +

HIP-HOP This upbeat class combines movements seen on MTV and street styles to provide a twist on jazz. Isolations, fancy footwork, and performance are all focused upon as well as getting a great cardio workout. Ages 6 +

MUSICAL THEATRE The fundamentals of theatre taught through dance, singing, and acting. All dance styles will be touched upon and props will be incorporated. Ages 10 +

MODERN
	A mix of classic modern technique such as Martha Graham and today's Contemporary movement make up the fundamentals of this class. Contract and Release, Fall and Recovery, and the use of breath all are touched upon. Ages 12 +
